ABOUT ME
EDUCATION
I am Oliver Scharfenberg and I am happy to share my story with you. I am a trainer approved by the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce and introduced young people to a career in office communication. After completing my bachelor’s professionell degree in Germany, I continued my education at Middlesex University in London and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In my master’s thesis, I looked at the evaluation of quality seals in marketing. I also hold a doctorate in philosophy (PhDr.) from DTI University. My doctoral thesis is a market analysis of existing quality seals in the context of employer branding.
PROFESSIONAL
Through my various companies, I’ve the privilege of working with clients in the United States, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, and Türkiye. Our mission is to assist employers in attracting the right specialists and new customers while aiding organizations in enhancing their attractiveness as employers and becoming more sustainable. International corporations, medium-sized companies and small businesses rely on our expertise. With plans to expand globally, our team is dedicated to creating trust worldwide.
PERSONAL
Beyond the professional realm, I am passionate about playing floorball (unihockey) with my team and love exploring new countries like the United States, Italy, and Greece. Previously, I served as an elected honorary district councilor for the district of Teltow Flaeming in the German state of Brandenburg. My involvement extends to roles such as a former commercial judge (Handelsrichter) at the Berlin Regional Court (Germany) and an former honorary judge at the Berlin-Brandenburg Fiscal Court. Volunteering remains a significant part of my life, contributing to various areas of society and i support different projects.
